Reflection
Experience
Completing this task involved numerous steps, originating from previous tasks, making it a prolonged and ongoing process. It proved challenging, particularly since I lacked knowledge in designing a book, but I persevered and pushed through.
Observation
In tackling this task, I faced significant challenges in crafting the layout for the book. Uncertain about the appropriate design and what would meet my standards, I found myself contemplating extensively throughout the process. Thanks to numerous attempts and valuable guidance from Mr. Vinod, I eventually honed in on a more suitable layout for my book, allowing me to move forward. Additionally, I encountered difficulties in positioning the content headings, as they seemed disjointed within the layout. However, after seeking feedback from multiple individuals, I successfully identified a fitting position for them.
Finding
This task was quite extensive, requiring careful considerations throughout the process. My understanding of InDesign and book layout design significantly improved as I became more accustomed to using the program. Observing examples from classmates and seniors proved invaluable in grasping the nuances of book designing. While the overall experience was stressful, I'm uncertain if I'd willingly undertake it again, but I do value the lessons gained from the process.

Reference: The Vignelli Canon
In the beginning of the book the author says that they have always said that there are three aspects in Design that are important to me: Semantic, Syntactic and Pragmatic. Semantics refers to the search of the meaning of whatever we have to design. That may start with research on the history of the subject to better understand the nature of the project and to find the most appropriate direction for the development of a new design. It is extremely important for a satisfactory result of any design to spend time on the search of the accurate and essential meanings, investigate their complexities, learn about their ambiguities, understand the context of use to better define the parameters within which we will have to operate.
