Week 1

Mr. Mike brief us and about the project and we have to form a group for this project. We choose quadbike as our client for this project. Miss Zae explain the product to us and how she wants the brand to be seen.

I feel this project will help me to learn how to deal with a client in the future. Learning and do the research about the brand that we will gonna work its so helpful to get an understanding about the product and it open the possibilities and potential of the product.

Week 2
Mr. Mike provides detailed insights into the various stages of the project that require our attention, emphasizing the importance of conducting thorough research on the type of business and target audience. This comprehensive understanding is crucial before progressing further into the design direction.

Week 3

consultation with Mr. Mike. During this session, he played a pivotal role in enhancing our comprehension of the context and fine-tuning our project direction, ultimately leading to an improvement in our project focus.

Week 4

The persona is currently misaligned, and we must shift our focus towards a broader spectrum of target markets, such as park owners or hotels. To determine the primary target audience, we need a deeper understanding of Quidbikes' functionalities.

Week 5
To enhance the impact on interviewers, Mr. Mike proposed integrating visuals. We plan to capture images of the quadbikes and employ Midjourney to craft visually compelling content.

Week 6

After receiving feedback from Mr. Mike, we fine-tune and enhance the personas statement, shifting the focus from individual consumers to organizations. However, challenges arise as locating park owners and users proves to be difficult, and there is a financial investment required to gain firsthand experience at the resort.

Week 7
Obtaining content from ATV theme parks has proven challenging as they have not responded to our inquiries. As an alternative, we may need to rely on stock images or generate visuals for future use. Additionally, due to regulatoryconstraints in Malaysia, the ATV marketing landscape is more limited than anticipated, making data acquisition even more challenging.
Week 8

During this independent learning week, we collaborated as a team to strategize and conduct interviews with ATV riders and park owners. Our goal was to secure reservations to visit specific sites, allowing us to capture photos and engage in discussions with the on-sit team. This hands-on approach was integral to our quadbike research, providing valuable insights and strengthening our understanding of the subject matter.

Week 9
The interviews have concluded, and in total, we conducted five interviews with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including some from the United States. Through this process, we realized the challenge of promoting the Quadbike for sale. The primary issue identified is the unfamiliarity people have with it, making it difficult to convince them to purchase something outside their usual experience. I queried them about potential changes that could address this issue.

Week 10

Under Mr. Mike's direction, we developed the problem statement and then moved on to formulating "How Might We" (HMW) questions. These inquiries serve as a creative framework, aiding us in generating inventive solutions for the identified problem. This straightforward yet impactful approach facilitates the exploration of innovative ideas.

Week 11

Throughout the week, our focus was on conducting additional research for the key visuals essential for our project. We delved into competitors' designs to draw inspiration and gain valuable references for our own work. With collaborative efforts from group members, we made significant progress in finalizing the presentation slides. Each team member contributed to filling in specific criteria, bringing us closer to completing the overall project.

Week 12
showcasing to Ms. Zae, albeit with some suggested modifications. We made diligent efforts to promptly complete the remaining slides, and Mr. Mike advised me to conduct a thorough spell check on specific slides before the final presentation.
Week 13
I began working on filling out the customer journey map, aiming to capture and reflect on how customers might emotionally respond when they encounte content or product
Week 14
Mr. Mike recommended expediting the presentation create process, noting our delay in the schedule. He emphasized the necessity of developing a Gantt chart to meticulously track t design tasks required for the final presentation week. As the project was approaching its conclusion, I found the task daunting, urging my group members to promptly contribute to their respective parts to meet the accelerated timeline.
